Let’s celebrate our newest federal holiday

For the third year in a row, our family headed back to Taiwan during spring break to visit Grandma (my mom) and to travel with her.

Yay! It’s year 4 of annual tradition to give freely from our earnings, as described in our Giving Pledge.

This year, as I was resting from our labors, it dawned on me that Shadow Magnets has a character perfectly suited for 2026.

We’ve been lucky to have our Shadow Magnets carried by Lighthouse in Placerville, CA since way back.

I had originally planned on on creating a Spring Accessories set, inspired by flowers and other symbols of rebirth.

As much as I’d like to explore new corners of the world, Taiwan is where we end up visiting during spring breaks.
