We take pride in our products. Your order is important to us, so we work to ensure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.



Please note that it may take up to three (3) full business days from the time you place your order online for it to ship from our warehouse. Our standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days (via USPS) to be delivered after shipment.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We use USPS as our preferred carrier. It is faster, cheaper, more reliable, and USPS delivers on Saturdays. We make every effort to get your order to you efficiently.

AS always, please remember to double check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.



Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. Rates apply to orders shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We package and ship your order as soon as we can. Please note, orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process.


* Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.



We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Elements2 Design Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.



If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please return them within 7 days of when you originally received your order. We will gladly exchange or refund items provided they are returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and any applicable credit card fees. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier. Please notify us immediately if we shipped you the wrong item, and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the wrong items.
